Quarter Beef – The Perfect Family Freezer Package
A quarter beef is a wonderful way to stock your freezer with a wide variety of cuts while keeping it budget- and space-friendly. You’ll enjoy tender steaks, hearty roasts, and slow-cooking favorites, along with everyday ground beef—all processed with care and packaged for convenience.
 
What to expect:
On average, your beef will yield about half ground, a third roasts, and the remainder steaks. We use a predetermined cut sheet designed to maximize both quality and value, giving you the best variety of cuts for your investment.
 
Examples of Cuts Included:
Steaks: Chuck, ribeye, filet, New York strip, sirloin
Slow-Cook Favorites: Chuck Roast, osso bucco,  short ribs
Ground Beef (90/10): The remainder is ground and packaged in convenient one-pound portions (other options available upon request)
Organ meat may be included if available ie:  liver, heart, cheek meat, tongue, ox tail
