Bring the goodness of the farm straight to your table with a side of beef, carefully processed and packaged to give your family a wide variety of wholesome, flavorful cuts. A side of beef is the perfect balance—plenty of everyday favorites with a mix of specialty items, all cut and wrapped for your freezer.
What to expect:
On average, your beef will yield about half ground, a third roasts, and the remainder steaks. We use a predetermined cut sheet designed to maximize both quality and value, giving you the best variety of cuts for your investment.

Steaks: Chuck, ribeye, filet, New York strip, sirloin, flank, flat iron, tri tip, tender tips, inside skirt, outside skirt

Roasting Cuts: One brisket
Ground Beef (90/10): Remainder is ground and packaged in convenient one-pound portions (other options available upon request)
